1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the iSalesPrep platform ("Service"), operated by Teknikoz LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

iSalesPrep is an AI-powered sales training platform that enables users to practice sales conversations with lifelike AI avatars, receive performance scoring and feedback, and track improvement over time. The Service includes web-based applications, APIs, and related tools.

3. Accounts & Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Organizations & Team Access

The Service supports multi-tenant organizations. Organization administrators are responsible for managing team members, assigning roles, and overseeing usage within their organization. Administrators may invite, suspend, or remove members at their discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate avatar responses, performance scores, and feedback. AI-generated content is provided for training and educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

7. Session Data & Recordings

Training sessions, including transcripts and performance data, are stored to provide you with session history and analytics. Session data belongs to the organization under which it was created. Organization administrators may access session data for team members within their organization.

8. Subscription & Payment

  • Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription plan.
  • Plan tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) determine available features and usage limits.
  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Teknikoz LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teknikoz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
